We’re looking for a thoughtful, personable, and professional hospitality team member to join our team at a fine-dining vegetable-focused restaurant in Philadelphia. Availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays required. Ideal candidate may be available to pick up shifts as needed on Fridays and Saturdays. Interest in performing multiple roles: hosting, food-running, and serving as a coffee barista. Ideal candidate will have schedule flexibility!

Our approach to hospitality is polished but never stuffy. We believe exceptional service comes from genuine warmth, attention to detail, and a team that takes pride in what they do while making guests feel comfortable and welcome. This is a cross-functional position for someone who enjoys being involved in different aspects of the guest experience. The primary role is hosting, with responsibilities that may also include running food and preparing coffee and espresso drinks.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in learning and contributing in all three capacities, rather than someone looking to work exclusively in one role. What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, setting the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive. Manage reservations, coordinate seating, and communicate effectively with the service team.

Run food with care and attention to detail, working closely with servers and the kitchen to ensure a smooth, thoughtful dining experience. Prepare coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and care. Support fellow team members wherever needed, understanding that great hospitality is a collaborative effort. Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming environment throughout service. Who We're Looking For Someone who is personable, composed, and attentive, with a natural sense of hospitality.

Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Schedule & Opportunity We currently have two regular shifts available: Tuesdays and Thursdays. This could be an excellent fit for someone looking to supplement an existing job, build experience in a fine-dining environment, or work a consistent part-time schedule. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts when team members request time off, during special events, and on particularly busy services.

Candidates with some flexibility and an interest in working additional shifts when available would be especially welcome.
