We are currently looking for a young and self-motivated individual with relevant academic qualifications with practical knowledge in the application of such knowledge to execute the below key responsibilities.The selected candidate will play a key role in supplier management, cost optimization, and coordination with internal/External teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply for production.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily attendance monitoring Maintaining employees' personal filesMonitoring employees' transportationHandling employees' BOI passesWorking with HR systems (ERP)Sinhala letter drafting (warning/Inquiry)Requirements2-3 years of experience in the field of apparel industry.Familiarity with HR operations and ERP systems
