- Handle labor law-related matters, personnel administration, social security, skill development, and government liaison.- Manage wages, salaries, and annual performance evaluations.- Organize and participate in various meetings.- Review and improve company rules and regulations.- Handle tax-related matters for employees and Japanese management.- Provide training and development support for employees.- Perform other duties as assigned.
