Magnum Staffing Services, Inc . is seeking an experienced HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environmental) to support workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and incident management. Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time Responsibilities Manage and maintain company HSE and safety programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety regulations. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

Manage workplace injuries, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes. Conduct employee safety training and orientations. Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and incident documentation. Work closely with management and client locations to address safety concerns. Requirements Previous HSE or Safety Management experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel to client locations as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
