Position : Human Resource Manager - Kwekwe We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions within our organization. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Oversee performance management, training, and staff development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and organizational policies. Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity. Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in HR management or a senior HR role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead HR initiatives. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
