To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 892892 Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,166.28 Job Title Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) Location Tulare, CA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Day Shift | Onsite Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and develop individualized care plans Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote patient health and a safe environment Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and identify goals specific to the patient’s situation Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide safe, humane, and effective care Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and provide health education to patients and families Supervise and delegate duties to nursing staff, applying critical thinking and independent professional judgment Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required Minimum of two years of recent experience in an ICU or related specialty setting Preferred Experience / Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Prior experience in an acute care facility setting Why Join Us Work in a centrally located region of California with access to year-round outdoor recreation and proximity to national parks, offering an excellent quality of life and cost of living Join a close-knit clinical team within a well-established acute care hospital serving a growing community To Apply for this Job Click Here
