As adoption continues to accelerate, they’re looking for an experienced Implementations Manager to lead new customer deployments and ensure successful onboarding outcomes.
What you’ll do Own implementations from kickoff to go-live Manage customer stakeholders and project timelines Configure platform workflows and integrations Deliver training and drive product adoption Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve challenges Build scalable implementation processes and best practices What they’re looking for 5+ years in implementation, professional services, accounting, finance systems, or a related field Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Experience working with ERP or financial systems Confident communicator who enjoys solving complex problems Experience with SaaS implementations is a plus Why join?
