In-Line Production Manager

Mytac Industries is an established private-label manufacturer/importer of technical sports clothing, bags & accessories. We design, develop, manufacturer & import for our customers who are top branded companies in industries such as motocross, bicycle, street motorcycle, snowmobile, military, law enforcement etc.. Everything is manufactured in our Far East factories and imported into our Los Angeles warehouse.

This job is located in our Irvine offices (Spectrum). Who we are looking for: We have an immediate opening for an experienced Production Manager who will take full control from the time customer’s P.O. comes in, until goods are handed over to our freight forwarders. This includes communication (trouble-shooting) with overseas factories, QC responsibility, accountability to sales dept & customers…….in short, get the goods delivered on time and to the approved quality.

Will work very closely with Pre-Production, Quality Control & Logistics Managers. Job Requirements: • Minimum 5 years experience working in Production Management • Minimum 3 years experience with Asia vendors • Knowledge of patterns and cut & sew procedures • Execution of QA/QC procedures • Experience working with technical sports clothing, backpacks, accessories etc. • Strong verbal & communication skills and ability to get overseas vendors to perform • Proficiency in Outlook & Excel • “Take charge” and “can do” attitude • Good trade references • Live local preferred We offer excellent salary, great working environment, medical benefits, retirement plan and opportunity for growth.
