Job Summary IndiGo, India’s largest airline, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our cabin crew team. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight by following all safety protocols. Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure emergency equipment is functional and accessible. Assist passengers during boarding, seating, and disembarkation. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service. Handle passenger queries and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
Manage in-flight emergencies and first aid situations calmly and efficiently. Maintain cabin cleanliness and organize supplies as per airline standards. Collaborate with fellow crew members and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 10+2 (High School) education; graduation preferred. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Physically fit with the ability to meet the airline’s health and appearance standards. Height and weight must meet airline-specific requirements for safety and uniform standards. Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. Experience Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior cabin crew experience required.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a plus but not mandatory. Working Hours Flexible work schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and night flights. Flight schedules may require early morning or late-night departures. Onboard duty typically ranges from 6–12 hours per flight, depending on the route. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and flight schedules. High level of professionalism, teamwork, and reliability.
