A role for an Inside Sales Account Manager is available within a growing IT security team, focused on supporting sales operations, coordination, and account activity. Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing products, obtaining pricing, and coordinating supply Prepare and manage customer quotes, offers, and order processes Act as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams Support incoming customer requests and ensure smooth order fulfilment Assist with general sales and marketing activities as needed Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and communications Skills/Must have: 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination Experience within the IT Security sector is highly desirable Familiarity with vendors such as Fortinet, Check Point, or similar is a strong advantage Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Native-level German and strong English language skills (for vendor communication) Benefits: Company-wide bonus scheme Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote) Clear progression path into a more customer-facing Account Manager role Salary: Competitive salary (€50,000 – €60,000 depending on experience)
