Responsibilities Technical Insurance Accounting Ensure timely and accurate entry of complex business flows (premiums, claims, commissions) and financial data into the general ledger Fund Accounting Drive the operational unit-linked fund processes and accounting in collaboration with outsourced administrators/managers Investment Accounting Oversee accounting and reconciliations of the non-linked investment portfolio, supported by outsourced investment accounting and manager Reconciliation & Analysis Control consistency between management systems and accounting Analyze technical suspense accounts in a multi-company environment Process Optimization Use technical expertise to identify efficiency and control improvements and actively contribute to the optimization of accounting and reporting processes.
Reporting & Compliance Participate in monthly and annual closings (LuxGAAP), prepare regulatory reports for the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA), and support external audits Tax & Fiscal Control Prepare and control tax and VAT declarations before submission
