Reporting to the Director, IT Infrastructure, Support and Security, the Collaboration Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva. The role balances operational support (60%) with platform enhancement, testing, user enablement, and adoption activities (40%).
