Responsibilities: Deliver customer-focused engineering support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues across various environments Provide technical support both remotely and on-site at customer locations Support and maintain secure network environments using Fortinet technologies Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Required Skills & Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet networking solutions Strong background in network support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing engineering roles Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required Ability to pass a medical assessment Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken Experience or knowledge of VSAT technologies, particularly Starlink Salary and Benefits: €3,000 - €4,500 per month Opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, exposure to modern networking technologies and real-world challenges
