Junior Sous Chef

Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations. Supervise and motivate kitchen staff during service. Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency. Assist with food preparation, inventory management, ordering, and cost controls. Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization. Help train and develop culinary team members. Maintain efficient ticket times and smooth kitchen execution during busy services.
