Key Account Manager - EPC & National Infrastructure Do you have a proven track record of managing large-scale national accounts within the EPC and infrastructure sectors? We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our most significant corporate clients and national contractors, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving sustained business growth.

Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of 6-10 named accounts, with an annual revenue target of ₹3-5 crore. Negotiate and maintain framework agreements, rate contracts, and complex multi-site commercial terms. Deepen market penetration within the national contractor ecosystem (including L&T, Tata Projects, Afcons, and Shapoorji Pallonji) by identifying new projects and business units. Oversee the financial health of your accounts by managing reconciliations, resolving disputed invoices, and handling escalations.

Collaborate effectively with Area Managers to ensure seamless service delivery and conduct high-level quarterly business reviews. Maintain an accurate intelligence file, including decision-maker mapping, competitor analysis, and contract renewal tracking. Qualifications Extensive experience in B2B sales within the EPC or national contractor segment is essential. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in contract negotiation and complex structure management.

Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships across procurement, project management, and finance departments. Professional-grade presentation skills suitable for CXO and board-level business reviews. A robust, existing network within the EPC and national infrastructure ecosystem is highly valued.
