To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 887113 Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,481.05 Job Title Travel RN – Labor & Delivery Location Asheville, NC | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a 16-bed Labor & Delivery unit with patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2 Assist with and support vaginal deliveries, Cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-Hyst procedures Perform immediate newborn care and manage high-risk obstetric patients Operate Baxter Pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring equipment; document in Cerner and Fetal Ink EMR Maintain required certifications including NRP, BLS/ALS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring Float to MFMU, MOMB, and NICU as needed Required Qualifications Active RN license valid in North Carolina (or compact eligibility) Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience High-risk obstetric experience required Immediate newborn care experience required NRP certification required BLS/ALS certification required Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required Preferred Experience / Skills Circulating experience in the OR/surgical setting Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable personality well-suited to a fast-paced L&D environment Why Join Us Join a high-acuity Labor & Delivery unit at a regionally recognized acute care facility that includes a Level III NICU and comprehensive women’s services Scrubs are provided, and weekend and on-call obligations are not required, though may be available upon approval To Apply for this Job Click Here
