To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 889112 Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,615.02 Job Title Labor and Delivery RN – Traveler Location Lynwood, CA | Labor and Delivery Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | Onsite Key Responsibilities Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice for Labor and Delivery Direct and guide patient and family teaching as well as the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Birthplace Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment Ensure a safe environment for patients and visitors, utilizing the chain of command when necessary to support patient well-being Provide appropriate care to newborns and mothers during the antepartum and postpartum periods Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within scope of practice Strong clinical judgment with the ability to respond promptly to changes in patient condition Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel nursing experience Experience caring for patients during antepartum and postpartum periods Familiarity with newborn care protocols and mother-baby standards Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery setting serving mothers and newborns in a high-need community Gain valuable travel nursing experience while making a meaningful impact in patient care To Apply for this Job Click Here
