Line Cook — Full-Time (2 openings)

What you'll do: • Work the line across deep fryer, griddle/hot plate, oven, salad assembly, and skillet sautéing • Cook our core menu to spec, including Philly cheesesteaks, burgers, fried pork chops, wings and fries, fish and chips, fried rice, and noodle soups • Keep your station stocked, clean, and moving during lunch and dinner rushes • Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety standards What you'll bring: • Previous line cook experience, ideally in a small, high-volume kitchen • Comfort on fryer, griddle, and sauté — and the ability to jump stations when needed • Speed, consistency, and a calm approach under pressure • Availability Tuesday-Sunday, including weekends
