Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing quality patient care and will possess the necessary skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. Role Responsibilities Administer nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery plans. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred. Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be beneficial. Schedule This position follows a rotation schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off.
