To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 854555 Estimated Weekly Gross: $829.64 Job Title Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Temporary LNA Location Franklin, NH | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract (9 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite | Every Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on assignment Required Qualifications Active New Hampshire LNA license or Temporary LNA designation required Must be available to work every weekend as part of the scheduled assignment Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer Additional vaccine doses may be required where mandated by law ASAP start availability required Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment Strong attendance record and demonstrated reliability in previous assignments Why Join Us Expected 40 hours per week providing consistent, stable scheduling throughout the contract period Completion bonus opportunity available for candidates who fulfill the terms of the 9-week contract assignment To Apply for this Job Click Here
