To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 854539 Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,406.55 Job Title LPN / LVN Location Camden, ME | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract (18 Weeks) | Nights | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient care plans Maintain valid state LPN/LVN licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements Required Qualifications Active LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment Local candidates only Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems Why Join Us 18-week contract opportunity with expected hours of 36 per week Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a long-term care community To Apply for this Job Click Here
