To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 888467 Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,339.94 Job Title Licensed Practical Nurse – Geriatrics Location Washington, NC | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 8-hour shifts, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend required | Holidays as needed Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with the plan of care Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards of practice Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-being and care goals Required Qualifications Active North Carolina LPN license in good standing Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Availability to work every other weekend Availability for holiday shifts as needed Why Join Us Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the care of geriatric residents within a supportive long-term care environment Streamlined onboarding with orientation provided at the start of your first shift To Apply for this Job Click Here
