Luxury Hotel Assistant General Manager

We are looking for our next generation of hotel leaders! We have forged a new program and are adding an AGM to our property who will be mentored and groomed to one day take on a GM role. Luxury Hotel Assistant General Manager Qualifications: 3+ years in a leadership role in an upscale or luxury hotel Exposure to multiple departments- Rooms, food and beverage, sales, etc Hands-on, shoulder to shoulder, first among equals leadership style Bold and confident while humble and personable Ambitious personality with eagerness to learn Luxury Hotel Assistant General Manager Responsibilities: Manage the hotel staff with consistency and integrity Work with every hotel department to encourage collaboration and cooperation Spearhead new programs that align with the vision of the GM and corporate leadership Participate in our leadership development program to continue developing your career Other duties as assigned Luxury Hotel Assistant General Manager Benefits: Starting salary of $85k+ Health Benefits PTO / Vacation 401K with an excellent match Growth and development!
