Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations for the gaming division, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of revenues Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analyze financial results and recommend actions to improve profitability Coordinate and support internal and external audits Supervise, train, and mentor gaming accounting employees Implement and improve accounting systems and processes Liaise with gaming operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflow Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance 2+ years in a gaming, hospitality, or gaming environment 2+ years in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and gaming regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits Attractive salary in AED Excellent leave policy Healthcare package Incentive programs Other employee benefits
