Manager, Insights & Analytics - Subscription: - Develop strategies supporting subscriber acquisition, win-back, engagement, and retention. - Own recurring reporting on subscriber acquisition, churn, cancellations, and retention. - Build and maintain dashboards tracking key subscription and lifecycle metrics.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and connect spending to subscriber outcomes. - Conduct cohort analyses and identify actionable drivers behind subscriber behavior.
