The engineer will assist in creating new product work instructions, support design-for-manufacturing (DFM) efforts through tooling and equipment selection, and establish standards for digitizing and cataloguing products and materials.

The role also requires close collaboration with operations management and plant employees to align manufacturing processes with organizational needs, as well as active participation in industry continuing education. The Manufacturing Engineer will provide direct support to ensure products are fabricated and assembled to meet intended design functionality. Proficiency in CAD software, engineering design tools, and ERP systems (Epicor preferred). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency.
