Manufacturing Material Handler/Forklift Operator – 2nd SHIFT

GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Assist the Paint Manager and Team Lead with all aspects related to the Paint Line. RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect Material for Scratches, Dents and Twists Operate Forklift, Load and Clean Racks Ensuring that the Proper Rack is used and the Parts are Secured Properly. Verify Dimensions Using Calipers and Micrometers Count Parts and Verify all Information on Routing Tags Log Information from Routing Tags Keep the Area Clean and Free of Debris Follow All Safety Procedures Must wear all Required Personal Protection Equipment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to Stand for 8 Hours and Bend at the Waist.

Ability to Lift Up to 50 pounds Basic Computer and Math Skills. Ability to Read Micrometers, Calipers, and Tape Measures Use Small Hand Tools.
