Medical Scribe (VIRTUAL) Hourly Rate: $4.50 – 5.50 Hours per Week: 40 ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS IN THE PHILIPPINES Position Overview: A Virtual Medical Scribe assists healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus on direct patient care. The scribe listens to physician-patient interactions and transcribes the details into electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring accurate and timely medical documentation.

Job Responsibilities: Scribing medical charts Live scribing with a provider (requires webcam on) Calling out to medical companies, such as other doctors’ offices, medical equipment companies, home health, etc. Navigating through EMR Assisting Physicians in clerical tasks virtually. Updating Excel sheets Medical Records Requests Follow-up patient calls Job Qualifications: Current RN (Registered Nurse) license Must have at least 1 year of experience in live scribing while working as a Medical Virtual Assistant (Medical VA Scribe).

T ype 40-50 words per minute Highly proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Google Sheets, email, accessing documents, reports, spreadsheets, etc. Proficient in the English Language, both written and verbal Experience working with an EMR (electronic medical record) Proactive communication Can have access and navigate through phone systems Present Time management skills (prioritize and organize) Quality Customer Service Patient scheduling skills Calling patients back for Follow-ups/ reminders Document Management and Email Management Highly Reliable, Self-Motivated, Willing to Learn, and a Multitasker Present Good Decision Making, Responsive, Detail-Oriented Team Work Other duties as assigned Hardware and Software Requirements: Hardware: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G APU or Intel Core i5 (at least 7th gen) Intel CPU 16GB DDR4 RAM 120 – 480 GB SSD Jabra Biz 1100 / Logitech H390 or similar Noise-canceling Headset 1 – 2 Monitors (at least 21in) 1080p HD Webcam Internet Speed: 50 Mbps (Fiber/DSL), LTE not accepted Software: Genuine Windows 10 Licensed Computer Microsoft Office Suite
