Mid-Level Project Engineer

Project Engineer role in Dubai covering project planning, coordination, budget and cost control, and quality assurance on engineering projects. Suits mid-level engineers who have strong English communication skills and can manage projects from planning through to completion. What you'll do Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and others to facilitate project execution Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to the project manager Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications Conduct inspections and assessments of completed work to ensure compliance with project requirements Implement corrective actions as necessary to address quality issues Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards Prepare estimates and costings for projects What you need Ability to prepare estimation and costing for projects English communication skills (mandatory) Nice to have Familiarity with government portals (DM, BPS, EMAAR, etc.) Ability to bring subcontractors and execute the job independently Job details Start date: Immediate joiner preferred Experience required: 2-5 Qualification: Master's Degree
