Mill Operator-2nd shift

Mill Operators Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays required) 2nd shift-3:30 pm to 12 am $16 per hour Located in Franklin, KY Core Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor milling machines (including CNC horizontal, vertical, and bar feed lathes) to cut, drill, bore, grind, and shape metal and other solid materials.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure parts meet exact tolerancances. Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet quality and dimensional standards. Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance, clean machines, replace worn tools or parts, and follow strict safety protocols to protect equipment and personnel.

Data Recording: Log materials used, machine settings, and production output for quality tracking and reporting. Team Collaboration: Communicate with supervisors and team members about machine performance, maintenance needs, and any issues encountered. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in operating milling machines, preferably CNC. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and precision. Understanding basic machining processes and safety procedures. Willingness to follow safety standards and work in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.
