To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 888586 Pay: Competitive Pay Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedics Office Nurse (Days) Location Peterborough, NH | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Full-Time | Permanent | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients’ conditions, treatments, and progress; report changes or concerns promptly to appropriate team members Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to facility policies and protocols Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall wellness Teach and direct clinical support staff (LPNs and Medical Assistants) in the performance of delegated acts within the therapeutic plan of care Required Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification Prior nursing experience required; new graduates will not be considered at this time Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment Candidates must be in the process of relocating to New Hampshire Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in an orthopedics or surgical office setting Familiarity with supervising or directing LPNs and Medical Assistants Experience working within a Critical Access Hospital or community hospital environment Why Join Us Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, accident and critical illness coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement opportunities Join a dedicated community healthcare team committed to innovative, patient-centered care across a broad range of medical and outpatient services To Apply for this Job Click Here
