Our client, a value-based Preventative Medicine clinic, is looking for an APP to join their growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you are looking to focus on the quality of care vs. the volume of patients seen, keep reading. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of NP / PA experience.
Strong interest in practicing value-based healthcare is ideal, experience a plus. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified. Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR. Salary range: negotiable base salary based on experience, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range Mission-focused career impacting change and measurably improving health outcomes for Medicare patients.
The ideal candidate can speak fluent medical Spanish.
