We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our independent Internal Medicine practice. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Provide preventive care, patient education, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Good communication skills necessary. Proficient with EMR Some telemedicine visits from the office Qualifications Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license.
Board certification as an Adult Primary Care PA or Family Nurse Practitioner, as appropriate for the practice. National certification and prescriptive authority as required. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in Internal Medicine or primary care preferred.
