As a Nurse at Equity Afia, you will work within a team-based environment where clinical competence and patient safety are priorities. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patient conditions Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation in line with health facility protocols Administer medications and medical procedures as prescribed by clinicians Conduct routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care Observe infection control and safety procedures during all clinical activities Respond to patient needs and provide health education on preventive care measures Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) from a recognised institution Current and valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Minimum one year of hands-on clinical experience in an internship or clinical setting Demonstrated competence in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and general computer applications Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team What to Expect A structured work environment within an established healthcare organisation committed to clinical standards Opportunity to apply your nursing qualification in a patient-facing role across healthcare settings in Kenya Full-time permanent employment with a focus on direct care delivery and professional accountability This Nurse at Equity Afia position in Kenya is open to qualified candidates.
