To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 897302 Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,713.95 Job Title Rapid Response RN – High Risk OB (Night Shift) Location Nashville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 6-Week Assignment | Travel | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment Monitor maternal and fetal status, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for high-risk OB patients Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Required Qualifications Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee or a compact state license Minimum of 2 years of experience in High Risk OB or a related specialty Current BLS certification required Ability to start within 5–7 days of offer acceptance No special scheduling requests or time-off requests can be accommodated during this assignment Preferred Experience / Skills Prior rapid response or travel nursing experience in a high-risk OB setting Experience with fetal monitoring and high-acuity maternal care Familiarity with NICU-adjacent workflows or perinatal care coordination Why Join Us Expected 48 hours per week with overtime available beyond 48 hours, offering strong earning potential during this 6-week engagement Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-acuity women’s health environment with a rapid start date To Apply for this Job Click Here
