* Create customized treatment plans and apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve daily life skills. * Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices. * Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies. * Continuously assess and document patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
