About the position Technical Leadership – Beyond your development responsibilities, you will take on a leadership role within the Scrum Team, mentoring team members, promoting best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards. Planning & Development – You will drive the Scrum Team’s development efforts in building web applications based on technology platform while collaborating with the Product Owner on planning and design.
Team Collaboration – You share responsibility for the project's success and the professional growth of team members, working closely with the Scrum Team. Technical Design – You can analyze technical requirements and contribute to designing and developing robust applications. Job Requirements Leadership & Management – With experience in various Scrum roles, you confidently lead projects, drive collaboration, and make informed technical decisions.
Technical Expertise – As a Senior Backend Developer, you specialize in Python, Django, and REST APIs, with strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases, scalable architectures, and automated testing (e.g., Coverage). Cloud & CI/CD – You deploy backend code seamlessly using CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure Blueprint, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible. Experience – With 7+ years in backend development, you excel at problem-solving and thrive in multicultural, globally distributed teams.
Work Model – We offer a hybrid setup and expect occasional office presence.
