To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title: OpenText Analyst/Developer Location Requirements: Remote Job Type: Contract Role Overview: You will design, support, and optimize enterprise OpenText platforms and services across global operations. This includes secure content management, document governance, records retention, engineering document control, SAP-integrated processes, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with various OpenText solutions and SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 architecture. Your role involves maintaining platforms, leading large-scale content migrations, and supporting enterprise integrations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient content management. Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and support OpenText platforms to ensure stability, security, performance, and availability.

Troubleshoot platform issues and support reliable operations across global sites. Maintain core OpenText services, including Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, and related solutions. Configure and enhance OpenText solutions, workflows, and document management processes. Support records retention, engineering document control, document lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.

Improve content governance, automation, and usability across enterprise processes. Develop and support integrations between OpenText platforms and SAP, engineering applications, and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot integration issues and help maintain dependable content and document flows. Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders and translate them into practical platform improvements.

Recommend enhancements to strengthen governance, efficiency, and user experience. Support content architecture and migration planning relevant to business initiatives. Provide technical support, user guidance, and training for OpenText services. Maintain platform documentation and support procedures. Assist with upgrades, testing, project activities, and maintenance as required. Required Qualifications: 5–10+ years of enterprise content management experience, including hands-on OpenText experience.

Experience administering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise OpenText platforms. Knowledge of OpenText Content Server and related content/document management solutions, workflows, records retention, and governance. Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 architecture experience, including leadership of large-scale content migrations (ideally OpenText to SharePoint). Understanding of information architecture, migration approaches, document lifecycle management, and records management.

Experience supporting integrations between OpenText and enterprise applications, including SAP and engineering systems. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Proficient English and ability to support global, multi-site operations.
