To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 889111 Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,165.15 Job Title Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Traveler) Location National City, CA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | On-call requirements vary; typically 16 hours Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays Key Responsibilities Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including general surgery, neuro, spine, orthopedics, and urology Provide surgical support for eyes and dental cases (on-site training provided for these specialties) Work independently following department orientation with minimal supervision Maintain accurate electronic documentation using the facility’s EMR system (training provided) Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and extended periods of standing Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Completed ARN 101 training Ability to work independently following department orientation Proficiency in English, both verbal and written Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Reliable transportation required Preferred Experience / Skills CAORN (Canadian Association of Operating Room Nurses) certification or equivalent preferred Prior experience in neuro, spine, orthopedic, or urological surgical settings Familiarity with Meditech EMR (training available for those without prior experience) Why Join Us Opportunity to expand surgical specialty experience across a diverse range of procedures in a dynamic operating room environment On-site training provided for select specialties, supporting continued professional growth To Apply for this Job Click Here
