Orthopedic Occupational Therapist– 5 day or 4 x 10 schedule

Title: Occupational Therapist Responsibilities: Conducting initial patient evaluations to assess the patient’s condition Developing individualized treatment plans for each patient using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities like heat/cold therapy or electrical stimulation Monitoring patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed Educating patients about injury prevention and self-care techniques Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care for patients Requirements: Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited institution Current license to practice Occupational therapy in New Jersey Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
