OSP Project Manager (Indianapolis, IN) - Telecommunications

Looking to take the lead on fiber network projects that expand high-speed connectivity across Indiana? Join a growing turnkey fiber network provider delivering end-to-end FTTP deployments, from network design and permitting through construction to final delivery. The team is seeking an experienced OSP Fiber Project Manager to oversee projects across Indiana and surrounding markets. This hybrid role involves taking full ownership of fiber deployment projects, coordinating designers, field inspectors, construction partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, on schedule, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Take the lead in delivering large-scale fiber network projects and help shape the future of high-speed connectivity in your region! Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end OSP fiber deployment projects from design through construction and completion. Monitor design packages, construction plans, and project schedules. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Oversee field inspections and ensure build quality meets required standards. Support permitting processes and ensure projects meet local and environmental requirements. Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Act as the key liaison between field teams and internal leadership. Skills/Must have: Experience managing OSP fiber or telecom infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of FTTH / FTTP deployments.

Background in OSP design and construction coordination. Experience managing vendors, contractors, or field teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues proactively.
