Paid Search Manager – E-Commerce

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing e-commerce business, as they look to appoint an experienced Paid Search Manager to lead the continued growth of their online operations. This role is based within a commercially focused e-commerce environment and would suit an experienced digital professional with a proven track record of managing significant Google Ads budgets and scaling online sales.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group's online performance across three established e-commerce brands, with a clear objective of helping increase annual sales from £10m to £12m. There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £50,000, alongside a quarterly performance-related bonus, BUPA, pension, annual leave and the opportunity to join a financially secure and expanding organisation offering significant autonomy and long-term career development.
