Qualifications: GA license AHA-ACLS BLS PALS Job Summary: Shift Schedule:7a-3p Monday through Friday Call Schedule/Rotation: 3p-7a with post call day off Minimal Availability Required: Supervision Model: Medical Supervision Type of Cases Required:ENDO, PEDs URO, ENT, Gen, Ortho, OB/GYN, EYES Procedures Required:Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals.

Staff per Day MD/CRNA/APP: 1 MD 3 CRNAs Number of OR’s: 5 EMR:Medaxio Additional Details: CRNA takes epidural call 5p-7a on weekdays and Only Epidural call on weekends.
