Payroll Associate - Global Private Equity | Boston (hybrid)

A highly respected global investment firm is seeking a Payroll Associate to join its payroll team. A four-year degree is not required; candidates with an associate’s degree, some college, or equivalent hands-on payroll experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation Base salary depending on experience, plus overtime eligibility, 15% annual bonus target, and 14.3% profit sharing. Responsibilities The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations, including: Processing payroll changes Reviewing payroll data for accuracy Assisting with employee inquiries Maintaining payroll records Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related tasks.

This person will work closely with payroll leadership and internal business partners to help ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and confidentially.
