Payroll clerk (m/f/d)

You will prepare the monthly payroll for the assigned group of employees You will process registrations and deregistrations at the start and end of employment You will handle correspondence with health insurance funds and the tax office You will process forms and applications for health insurance funds and pension insurance independently You will maintain and manage personnel statistics and personnel files You will provide figures and analyses for internal purposes You will check and maintain employees’ master and transaction data relevant to payroll You will clarify queries regarding income tax, social security and employment law issues with the relevant authorities You will work with the payroll software in use and maintain the relevant data within it You provide reliable support in preparing certificates and statements for employees You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification Ideally, you will have gained experience in bookkeeping You are confident in using MS Office and payroll software You have a good command of written and spoken German A strong aptitude for numbers, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile Permanent contract Free parking Regular training courses What you can always count on at persona service: A monthly allowance of €50 towards your transport costs, depending on the role – e.g.
