Pay rate starts at $20 Responsibilities: Enter and update planning, scheduling, and item data into NetSuite Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness Assist in backlog reduction of planning/system entries Maintain organized records of entered data and updates Work closely with the Planning team to ensure data aligns with production needs Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for follow-up Support other administrative tasks within the Planning team as needed Qualifications: Previous data entry or administrative experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus, not required) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus Strong organizational and time management skills Application at 10801 Hammerly BLVD Suite 232 Houston TX 77043 Monday-Friday with two forms of valid ID
