Responsibilities include greeting clients professionally and serving as their dedicated point of contact throughout the service process, listening to customer concerns accurately documenting vehicle symptoms and capturing repair requests clearly for technician diagnosis, explaining maintenance and repair recommendations so clients understand all aspects of the service performed, preparing accurate transparent repair orders estimates and invoices, coordinating with technicians and Parts to keep workflow efficient and required components available, providing regular status updates from drop off to delivery, reviewing completed work at delivery confirming satisfaction and addressing any concerns, building lasting client relationships that support trust loyalty and long term retention, staying current on Porsche vehicles technologies service campaigns and manufacturer standards, and participating in Porsche training and professional development programs.
Located in Beaverton OR at 13875 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy with easy access via TV Highway and the greater Portland metro, enjoy commutes from Hillsboro Tigard Portland and surrounding Washington County communities. The Porsche store sits alongside the Sunset Imports Audi operation on Tualatin Valley Highway. Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferably with luxury or high performance brands, a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment, strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms, the ability to accurately assess and communicate vehicle issues and document diagnostic details, organizational excellence and attention to detail when handling multiple clients and repair orders, proficiency with DMS scheduling and CRM tools, a team oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
