Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (PPC) to drive lead generation and digital growth for our in-house IT services website . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for an IT software development company , with a strong focus on generating high-quality B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Manage performance marketing campaigns for the company's in-house website to generate qualified IT service leads. Develop strategies to increase website traffic, lead conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for IT services.
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS. Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness. Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
