Primary Teacher – Cambridge Primary Teacher | Classroom Teacher Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Pay: £32,000 – £45,000 Start Date: January 2027 Contract: 12 week temp-to-perm Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with QTS looking for a new opportunity for 2027? We are working with a welcoming SEN school in Cambridge to recruit a dedicated Primary Teacher! This is a full-time, long-term role starting in January 2027 on a 12 week temp-to-perm contract.

About the role: Plan and deliver engaging, creative and high-quality lessonsacross the primary curriculum, inspiring a love of learning and supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, using assessment information to inform planning, address misconceptions and ensure all children achieve their potential. Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environmentthat promotes excellent behaviour, high expectations, confidence and wellbeing. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL and higher-attaining learners, ensuring every child can access and succeed within the curriculum.

Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and the wider school team to contribute to curriculum planning, school initiatives, educational visits and enrichment opportunities. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating effectively to support pupils’ learning, development and overall wellbeing. The school places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, collaborative working and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
