What you will actually do: Perform, review and facilitate privacy impact assessments on every new system, engagement and data flow the agency takes on Develop and apply the policies and procedures engagements run under — written to be operated, not filed Design and deliver access and privacy training for the teams handling client data, measured on behavior change rather than attendance Skills that matter: Privacy impact assessment methodology, Policy and procedure development, Privacy training design and delivery, Data-agreement and vendor-flow oversight, Records-management principles, Research, synthesis and problem-solving under incomplete information.
